Job Description

Join us as Supply Chain Coordinator Export Intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht, starting in September 2025. In this internship, you will support the Customer Service Export team, and assist in coordinating the operational logistics between JDE’s internal organization, service providers, and international distributors.

Your key activities will be:

  • Managing the full order-to-cash process for international distributors;
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions;
  • Supporting service level optimization and supply chain process improvements;
  • Collaborating with logistics and commercial stakeholders;
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports;
  • Participating in team initiatives and process enhancement projects.

Qualifications

Are you bursting with fresh ideas and a hunger for learning? We want you!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
  • Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Personal traits: You are proactive, structured, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You can work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from September 2025 to January/February 2026.
  • Availability: You are available for 4–5 days per week, including at least three days in-office, with flexibility for one or two remote days.

To ensure your eligibility, please confirm:

  • Your internship is part of your study program and contributes to academic results;
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's;
  • You are either an EU/EEA student residing in the Netherlands, or a non-EU/EEA student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during your internship.
