Job Description

As Shopper Insights Manager, you will play a key role in translating shopper and market data into actionable business recommendations that support commercial growth and category development. You will partner closely with Sales, Category Development and Shopper Marketing teams to identify opportunities, evaluate performance and strengthen shopper-centric decision making. In this role, you will lead shopper and market research projects, develop analytical tools and reporting solutions, and provide strategic insights supporting both short- and long-term business priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with business curiosity and a passion for understanding shoppers and retail dynamics.

  • lead shopper insights and market research projects to identify business opportunities and shopper trends
  • manage and analyze data from external research agencies and tracking tools
  • deliver ad hoc analyses and recommendations supporting Sales Teams
  • develop and improve reporting, analytical and controlling tools, including Power BI and advanced reporting solutions
  • drive Perfect Store reporting and support commercial execution excellence initiatives
  • support strategic planning processes, forecasting and channel development analyses

For this role as a Shopper Insights Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • minimum 4–5 years of experience in shopper insights, market research, category management, commercial analytics or related areas within FMCG
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
  • experience working with market and shopper data sources such as NielsenIQ, YouGov, CMR or similar
  • advanced Excel skills and practical experience with Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools
  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • fluent English and Polish
