Job Description

  • To support daily routine inspection for effective cleaning progress in the plant premise.
  • Handyman for minor fixing & repair.
  • Monitor facility project report & progress.
  • Assist in developing schedules for equipment/machine under PM.
  • Assist with Hostel, Property, Security & Waste Management.
  • Support administrative services.

Qualifications

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or any Technical background.

Additional Information

Strong communicator with good written and interpersonal skills.
Good team player with the ability to get work done.
Proactive, process-oriented, and able to multitask.
Proficient in MS Office; any technical software knowledge is an advantage.
Good data analytical skills.
